I met Jamey while I was attending LeTourneau University and he swam for Champion Aquatic Team where I coached, my room mate was his youth pastor at LifePoint Church, and we ended up working for the same pool cleaning company one summer where I drove an enormous F350 complete with tool boxes and many dents from the fences we ran over while driving it (oops).

Needless to say, when I made a trip back to Longview for Christi and Derek’s wedding I was more than happy to spend some time hanging out with Jamey making some cool photos.

After getting the obligatory mom photos we headed over to Longview High School to take some photos of Jamey swimming and playing ultimate frisbee.

With so much of their lives involving baseball it was appropriate that Tanne and Gabe to choose to do their engagement photos at Gabe’s old high school baseball stadium.

Erin is my little sister and is graduating from Olathe East High School in Olathe Kansas. Stunningly beautiful (as all of the Niles family is 🙂 ) We had a lot of fun taking her photos and having some brother/sister bonding time. All was fun until I cut finger on an x-acto knife I threw in my camera case after cutting some mattes a few weeks ago (lesson learned, x-acto knifes do not belong where fingers blindly grab).

Zach’s family came out for a visit and since it had been a few years since they had a family photo done we did a portrait session. The photos also made a nice Christmas present for Zach’s mom, a 20×30 inch canvas family photo always looks good hanging in the living room!

Old friends Mike and Erica are finally engaged! Their quirky engagement photos, which I shot in downtown Visalia, were complete with beach cruisers, ginkgo tree leaves, umbrellas and a little bit of love. enjoy.

Naughty, Nice, or sometimes a little of both? Meet Christian and Mikaela, they are absolutely hilarious together and I had a lot of fun shooting their Christmas photos.  

The Edmondson Family came out for some Christmas card photos. We took them at Bravo Farms which is just North of Visalia in Traver.

Hey LOOK! IT’S SANTA!

We shot the Whitten Families Christmas card photo this year and an assortment of family photos for each of the individual family units. We gave them the instructions to bring “wintery” hats and wear bright colors…. they nailed it!

Is it just me or is everyone in this family good looking? maybe its just me… but probably not.
